On closing of the deal, Inspirage’s 710 employees will be absorbed into the Accenture Oracle business group. This is expected to further strengthen Accenture’s Oracle supply chain skills and increase its capabilities to aid clients to develop supply chain networks that are intelligent, interconnected, and innovative.

Inspirage CEO and co-founder Srini Subramanian said: “For 15 years, we have been highly focused on customer success and innovating to stay ahead of client and industry challenges.

“Together with Accenture, we can deliver these highly specialised capabilities at scale globally, while creating new growth opportunities for our people.”

The closing of the deal is contingent on customary closing conditions, said Accenture.
