Accenture has completed the previously announced acquisition of Germany-based cloud-native digital experience and data analytics company Mindcurv.

The financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

Established in 2011, Mindcurv offers end-to-end digital experience services intended to resolve intricate challenges in the core business of European clients across industries like manufacturing, consumer good, retail, life sciences, and chemicals.

The German firm specialises in composable software, digital engineering, and commerce services for over 200 clients across the globe, said Accenture.

Besides, Mindcurv assists businesses in designing and employing novel scalable digital experience platforms. The German firm has operations in various countries, which allows it to provide tech-enabled innovation with an integrative approach.

Announced last month, the transaction adds more than 700 people to tech-powered creative group Accenture Song.

Through the acquisition of Mindcurv, Accenture Song aims to further expand its commerce services for clients worldwide.

Furthermore, the deal will enable clients to expedite their commerce operations and bridge the profitability gap through the combination of Accenture Song and Mindcurv’s expertise in data, composability skills, and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities.

Mindcurv adds to a series of acquisitions made by Accenture Song to improve its customer offerings for clients.

The other firms acquired by Accenture Song are ConcentricLife, Work & Co, Rabbit’s Tale, Stable, and Fiftyfive5, among others.

In a separate announcement, Accenture said that it has been selected by Adobe to co-develop industry-specific solutions using the Adobe Firefly creative generative AI models.

The capabilities of the Adobe Firefly models will support institutions to generate tailored content at scale and fast track the transformation of their content supply chains.

Through the collaboration, Accenture will integrate Adobe Firefly custom models into marketing services offered by Accenture Song. This will help clients with the industry-specific insights required to train bespoke models on their proprietary data and brand guidelines.
