Following the U.S president’s decision to withdraw America from the Paris climate deal, Elon Musk quits Trump council along with other influential CEOs.
Ever bombastic, Trump has decided to pull the U.S from the Paris climate accord.
Representatives from 195 countries drafted the agreement in 2015 as a plan to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, and greenhouse gasses.
Additionally, the exact details of the deal will go into action in 2020, and involve financial and logistical plans.
The world wide audience is distraught and outraged at Trump’s decision.
Furthermore, backlash is so intense that high-profile business leaders have resigned from his advisory council.
Elon Musk quits Trump council, but he’s not alone
Real-life Tony Stark and founder of Tesla Motors, SpaceX, and Neuralink, Elon Musk wasn’t too happy with Trump.
As a firm advocate of environmental care, Musk abandoned his position in the political inner circle. He Tweeted his clear disapproval.
Am departing presidential councils. Climate change is real. Leaving Paris is not good for America or the world.

Other major business names soon followed suit.
Disney’s CEO Bog Iger also walked away from Trump’s council and added his own opinion to the Tweetosphere.

Yet, world representatives are rallying together.
Political figures such as Emmanuel Macron, Angela Merkel, and Paolo Gentiloni are united in their staunch condemnation of Trump.
Additionally, a string of other leaders also voiced their disagreement of recent events, including Theresa May.
However, some voices are sterner than others.
A German newspaper plans for tomorrow’s front page to read, “Earth to Trump: Fuck You.”
Although the headline is succinct and to the point, there are some who convey their disapproval more diplomatic language.
According to French president Emmanuel Macron:
“I tell you firmly [that] we will not renegotiate a less ambitious accord. There is no way.
“Don’t be mistaken on climate. There is no plan B because there is no planet B.”
