Romanian lender Banca Transilvania has selected IBM Global Business Services (GBS) and Qualitance to deliver an integrated digital solution that creates omnichannel and AI-driven experiences for customers and employees.

The new solution was developed on the FlowX.AI technology platform that was initially created by Qualitance.

It will help the Romanian lender to redesign, simplify, and automate digital interactions between employees and customers, enhancing current operations and future digital developments.

The three partners – Banca Transilvania, IBM Global Business Services (GBS), the services and consultancy arm of IBM, and Qualitance have deployed the FlowX.AI platform and integrated it with several existing systems.

Banca Transilvania deputy CEO and COO Leontin Toderici said: “Using the FlowX.AI platform means adopting the most advanced technologies that help us reduce the operational complexity, with positive effects for both customers and employees.

The integrated digital solution offers a single, unified, AI-powered front-end, centralising and automating internal processes in hyper-intuitive collaborative flows.

Also, the solution allows the bank’s staff to work easier, smarter, and faster, thereby improving customers’ experience when performing banking operations.
