US-based human capital management (HCM) software company Ceridian has announced a partnership with Deloitte Australia to power enterprise-wide human resources transformations.
The collaboration is expected to promote enhanced business value to organisations in Australia and New Zealand.
Enterprises and higher education markets will be enabled to transform their HCM processes through Ceridian’s Dayforce platform.
Dayforce, which is Ceridian’s cloud HCM platform, offers human resources, workforce management, payroll, benefits, and talent management functionality.
The platform will optimise the management of the entire employee lifecycle, including engaging, paying, attracting, deploying, and developing people, stated the software firm.
