Argentina-based IT and software development company Globant has launched Retail Studio to assist retailers in staying ahead of the industry changes.

The new service provides tools for complete supply chain visibility and automation, while also reinventing retail through phygital experiences that increase customer engagement.

The new studio will form part of the company’s Reinvention Studios portfolio.

It will boost new business models by developing impactful customer experiences and empowering integrated, scalable, open technologies to facilitate changes and new services.

Globant chief technology officer Diego Tártara said: “Today, the customer journey has several new engagement touch points across marketing, sales, and services. Usage of data and technology to unleash the power of loyalty and expand it to monetise data to partners and other stakeholders is another key feature claimed by the company.

Globant aims to help companies transform and enable innovation and alternative business models through the use of the latest technology and analytics, as well as client assistance for smart pricing, next-gen merchandising, intelligent loyalty, and floor sales enablement.
